Two search warrants lead police to a 'large quantity' of fentanyl, stolen property, and a handgun

On March 20, 2019 the Guelph Police Service Drug Unit executed two search warrants at west end Guelph residences which resulted in a large quantity of fentanyl and stolen property being seized.

A continuation of this investigation lead to the execution of a search warrant to a storage unit located in the west end of Guelph. The BEAT team conducted this search on March 20, 2019.

Seized from this locker was approximately $15,000 worth of stolen property, a 22. Caliber handgun, approximately $2,000 worth of Cannabis and a small quantity of methamphetamine.

This is investigation is ongoing.
