Three people were hit by a car near Downtown Guelph Wednesday morning.
One of the three was taken to hospital as a precaution but none of the injuries are believed to be serious.
Guelph Police spokesperson Kyle Grant said that around 11:27 a.m. a four-door Toyota was making a left turn from Macdonell Street onto Wellington Street when it struck the group of people who were crossing the road from the west side to the east side.
Emergency personnel attended the scene and one person was transported to hospital.
A 47-year-old Guelph woman has been charged with turn not in safety.
