On October 5, 2016 at 12:44 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a restaurant on Stone Road West for the report of a male asleep on their patio.

On Oct. 5, 2016 at 12:44 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a restaurant on Stone Road West for the report of a male asleep on their patio. Police located the male, the investigation discovered that he was in breach of two court orders and he was arrested.

A 15-year-old Guelph male has been charged with breach of probation and breach of recognizance. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on October 5, 2016.

Attempt break and enter

On Oct. 4, 2016, the Guelph Police went to a Waterloo Avenue residence to investigate an attempt break and enter. Sometime over the last couple days, the culprit(s) attempted to gain entry to the garage via a window but were unsuccessful.
