TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH - On Monday, April 22, 2019, the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a sexual assault that occurred in Wellington North. It was reported that a child had been sexually assaulted by a known male.
Following a thorough investigation by the Wellington County OPP Major Crime Unit, Morris Gordon Wilson, 65-years-old of Wellington North has been arrested and charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age and sexual interference. He was held for bail.
