6 p.m. update

Wellington County OPP advise that the missing youth was located today at approximately 4:10 p.m. in the Town of Erin. She was found to be in good health and has since been returned home. The OPP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance with this incident.

TOWN OF ERIN - Today at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing female student from the Erin Public School located on Daniel Street in the Town of Erin.

It is reported that 13-year-old Anika Ladouceur was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the Erin Public School and it is believed that she has since left the property.

She is described as Caucasian, 5'6 (168 cm) tall and 100 lbs (45 kgs), long brown curly hair, last seen wearing a waist length black coat with fur around the hood, dark jeans, white converse running shoes, mustard yellow shirt and grey hoodie.

OPP are concerned for her well-being and are asking for the public's assistance in locating her.
