$1,500 in fishing gear recovered during break and enter investigation

On the afternoon of Aug. 5, 2019, an employee from a neighbouring business caught a male [allegedly] in the midst of a break and enter at a business on the west end of the city. The male then took off once he realized police were being called. The male left behind a bag containing approximately $1,500 worth of fishing tackle and gear. The bag had just been stolen from a shed at a nearby residential property.
