Copper stolen from south end construction site

Guelph police are investigating after copper was stolen this week from a south end construction site.

Police were called Thursday morning to an address on Gordon Street near Lowes Road West. The site had been entered overnight and approximately 20 copper rods each 10-feet in length had been stolen. The copper has an approximate value of $1,000. It is not known if anything else was taken.
