Police seek suspects in window, cement wall smashing break-ins

A large quantity of cigarattes was stolen along with cash in the February incident

Sometime overnight on Monday March 18, 2019, six separate break and enters occurred at businesses located in the west end of Guelph. In each instance, culprit(s) gained entry inside by smashing the front windows.

These acts took place on Woodlawn Road West, Silvercreek Parkway North and Paisley Road. The suspects involved at a Paisley Road incident are described as two males driving in a red, four-door Sedan, possibly an older model Dodge Neon.

TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA - Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2 and 8 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, a break and enter occurred at a business located on Wellington Road 124 at Wellington Road 32, in the Township of Guelph/Eramosa.

Forced entry was gained into the building by smashing the cement wall with a sledge hammer. Stolen was a large quantity of cigarettes valued at approximately $10,000, along with an undisclosed amount of cash.
