On Sept. 2, 2019 at approximately 3 a.m., Guelph police were conducting speed surveillance in the area of Victoria Road South, when a vehicle went through at 129 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
The 20-year-old female driver was charged with stunt driving, received a seven-day suspension and her car was impounded for seven days.
