On Nov. 17, 2017 at approximately 1:55 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting general patrol on County Road 32, Township of Puslinch. The officer observed a Honda Civic parked on side of the road. The officer stopped to speak with the driver.

While speaking with the driver, the officer believed her to be impaired by alcohol. A roadside screening device was conducted which resulted in a fail. The driver was arrested for care and control and transported to a local OPP detachment for further testing.

40-year-old Livanga Olding of Guelph has been charged with care or control over 80 mgs.

A 90-day administrative driver's licence suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. She is scheduled to attend Guelph Court on Dec. 15, 2017.
