Dump truck driver charged with impaired in Puslinch

PUSLINCH, ON - On Friday, April 26, 2019 at approximately 4 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a dump-truck driver operating equipment while being impaired on Roszell Road in Puslinch Township, Ontario.

OPP attended and located the male driver and while speaking with him, formed the opinion that he was impaired by alcohol.

He was arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.

Charged is Dale B. Enman, 58-years-old of Sprucedale Ontario, with Impaired Operation - Alcohol or Drug and with Refusal to Comply with Demand for Breath.

A 90-day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) was initiated as per statute.

He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on May 28, 2019.
