The following news release was issued today by the Guelph Police Service:
Arson
On July 19, 2019 at approximately 2:10 a.m., emergency service responded to a fire on Beverley Street. The fire was deemed suspicious and an investigation into the matter was initiated.
On Oct. 17, 2019 as a result of the investigation, two males ages 19 and 20, both from Guelph, were arrested and charged with arson – damage to property.
Total damage is estimated to be $500.

In the last 24 hours, the Guelph Police Service dealt with 255 calls for service.
