On April 25, 2019, members of the Guelph Police Internet Child Exploitation unit (ICE) along with the Technological Crimes Unit attended to a residence located in the south end of Guelph to execute a search warrant. During the search warrant, evidence was found and a man who resides at the residence was arrested.
A 58-year-old Guelph man has been charged with possession of child pornography, making child pornography available for distribution, and accessing child pornography. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
