Police seized a variety of electronic storage devices from a west end home on Thursday, charging a 55-year-old man with several child pornography charges.
An investigation into allegations of child sexual abuse photos being shared online began in January, explains a news release.
On Thursday morning, police executed a search warrant at a home in the area of Elmira Road South and Fife Road. During the raid, police reportedly found evidence and several devices were taken for further examination.
The accused is charged with accessing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
