BANCROFT DETACHMENT OF THE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

LIMERICK TOWNSHIP - On Feb. 2, 2022 officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in Limerick Township. Investigation into the incident revealed that an adult had physically assaulted by another adult. One adult sustained minor injuries.
A 35-year-old from Guelph has been charged with four counts of assault.
The accused was released from custody to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on March 22, 2022 in relation to the criminal charges.
