The Guelph Police Service is investigating after two incidents of females being approached by motorists in the City of Guelph on Monday. It is not known at this time if the incidents are related.
At approximately 2:23 p.m. a 27-year-old woman called police to report an adult man pulled his car over to speak to her in the area of Macdonell Street and Wellington Street East and the victim noticed he was masturbating. The woman walked away and the man's vehicle was last seen driving northbound on Woolwich Street.
The suspect in that incident is described as a Caucasian male, late 20s to early 30s with a scruffy beard. He was wearing a dark jacket, black toque and driving a black smaller SUV.

Approximately 20 minutes after that incident, a 51-year-old woman called police to report she was walking in the area of West Acres Drive near Northwood Crescent when a man pulled over and rolled down his window to wait for her to walk by. As she passed the vehicle, the man made a vulgar comment. The female ignored the comment and the male drove off.
The suspect in that incident is described as Caucasian, approximately 30 years of age, with dark curly medium-length hair. He was driving a small black hatchback-style SUV with silver trim.
