Guelph police are investigating after reports of a male committing an indecent act in a south end park Sunday afternoon.

Approximately 2:15 p.m., an adult female was walking her dog off-leash in a forested area of Preservation Park when the dog approached a male who was leaning against a tree. The female called out to warn the male of the dog when she noticed he was masturbating. The male fled on foot into the forest.

He was described as a white male, 5’8” to 5’10” with a thin to medium build. He was wearing a short black bomber-style jacket with a fur-lined hood and black pants with a belt.
