The Guelph Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating Karl Swoboda. He left his residence located near the intersection of Waverley Drive and Speedvale Avenue East in the City of Guelph at 3:45 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2020. He was last seen near the intersection of Woolwich Street and Woodlawn Road West at 4 a.m.

He is described as:
    •    73 years old
    •    Caucasian
    •    6’3
    •    400 lbs
    •    Short grey hair
    •    Full grey beard and moustache
    •    Wearing a tan/cream light-coloured jacket and blue Hawaiian shirt
    •    Moves very slowly
    •    Has early signs of dementia
