On Jan. 28, 2019 at approximately 6:45 p.m., an officer on patrol observed a vehicle pull into a parking lot on Elizabeth Street and park. The three male occupants exited the vehicle and ran from the area toward the nearby tracks. They were dressed in dark coats with average builds.
Officers learned that the vehicle, a blue 1998 Buick Lesabre, had been reported as stolen from the South Bruce area earlier the same day. A search of the area was conducted by officers and K9 with negative results.
