Kitchener man faces drug dealing charges

On Oct. 17, 2019, the Guelph Police Drug Enforcement Unit identified a target who was believed to be trafficking cocaine in the City of Guelph.  

The Drug Unit conducted surveillance throughout the week and observed several drug transactions. 

On Oct. 25, 2019, a 21-year-old Kitchener male was arrested in a rented Kia Forte at an address on Gordon Street. Police located and seized 9.5 grams of cocaine (street value $950), six Oxycodone pills (street value $60), $1,280.55 in cash, a digital scale and four cell phones.

The male was charged with possession of a schedule I substance - cocaine and possession of a schedule I substance - Oxycodone.
