NEWS RELEASE
GUELPH POLICE SERVICE
*************************
Over the past few months, Guelph Police Service officers have been rewarding children caught wearing their bicycle helmet while riding their bike with a ‘ticket’ for a free Dairy Queen Mini Blizzard. Each child was also entered into a draw to win a brand new bicycle.

On Aug. 6, 2019, the draw took place, with the winning children being contacted. Congratulations to four-year-old Emily Branch Flower and seven-year-old Jacob Tomusiak. They will be presented with their brand new bikes on a later date.

The Guelph Police Service would like to recognize Vettor Small Engine and the Dairy Queen located at 749 Woolwich Street North for helping make this program possible.
