On Feb. 13, 2020, at 1 p.m., an adult female was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Woodlawn Road West and Silvercreek Parkway North in the City of Guelph. She then observed a male standing on the corner of the intersection with his pants lowered partially down his thighs, low enough for just his groin area to be visible. He was seen holding his genitals, exposing himself to traffic.
Police attended the area but were unable to locate the male.
The male is described as:
- Caucasian
- 5’7-5’9
- Shoulder length red dreadlocks
- Wearing a black toque and dark jacket
