Man allegedly assaulted by two strangers early Saturday morning

A man reported he was attacked by two strangers as he walked home early Saturday. 

Officers were dispatched to the area of Gordon Street and Heritage Drive at about 3 a.m. The man reported the occupants of a passing vehicle yelled at him, then the vehicle stopped and two males got out and punched him in the face.

The victim, who was not injured, ran toward a nearby business and told his attackers he had called police.

The suspects fled in a grey or blue sedan, heading north on Gordon Street. They are described as having light skin. At the time, they were wearing grey hoodies and jeans.
