A Guelph man already on probation for committing indecent acts was arrested again Tuesday after police report he removed his pants and underwear and began masturbating in front of a stranger.
Approximately 11:40 a.m. police were called to the area of Woolwich and Norwich streets. An adult female reported as she was leaving her home she saw a male standing on the sidewalk in front of the house. While watching her, the male removed his pants and underwear and began masturbating. They are not known to each other.
Officers located the male a short distance away and arrested him. Investigation revealed he was placed on probation last month for two counts of committing an indecent act and other offences.
A 33-year-old man is charged with committing an indecent act and breaching a probation order. He was held for a bail hearing.
