Guelph police arrested a man they say removed his shorts and exposed himself to families at the downtown splash pad Monday.
Police say that at 4:45 p.m., officers observed a man in the vicinity of the splash pad in Market Square outside city hall.
At 4:53 p.m., they say he removed his shorts, exposing himself fully to a crowd of families. He was subsequently arrested.
The 54-year-old Guelph man was charged with committing an indecent act.
