Guelph police are investigating after two Ram pickups were stolen last Friday and someone was seen snooping around a third.

Just before 8 a.m. Friday, a resident near Victoria Road South and MacAlister Boulevard reported his black 2022 Ram stolen from his driveway overnight. The truck has tinted windows, black rims, a tonneau cover and a scratch over the rear passenger wheel.

Just over an hour later, a resident near Summerfield and Colonial drives reported his grey 2023 Ram stolen from the driveway. It also has tinted windows and a tonneau cover.

Just before 2 a.m. Friday, a resident near Goodwin and Dominion drives saw a vehicle, described as a dark-coloured Dodge Durango, parking in a school lot near his house.

The caller saw a male exit the passenger side of the Durango and approach his neighbour’s Ram pickup. He abruptly stopped and returned to the SUV, which left the area. He was described as 5’8” and wearing dark clothing with a hood and a blue medical mask.
