TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA - On Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, at approximately 5:30 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious collision involving two vehicles driving off highway on Wellington Road 39, near Guelph. Initial reports indicated a pickup truck collided with a Subaru.
OPP as well as Guelph Fire Department and Guelph-Wellington Paramedics Services attended and transported nine people with injuries to local hospital.
Police continue to investigate the collision and charges may be pending.
