Police have charged a 20-year-old Guelph man with second-degree murder in the death of a woman at a Woodlawn Road Motel.

Guelph police reported that just before 11 a.m. on Oct. 15 emergency services were called to a motel on Woodlawn Road West near Woolwich Street. A woman in her 50s was found deceased. As a result of a post-mortem examination the death was determined to be a homicide.
