Police are investigating after an indecent act was reported at a west-end plaza early Thursday morning.
A female called police at about 5:45 a.m. to report there was a naked man masturbating outside a Willow Road business, near Westwood Road, explains a Guelph Police news release. The caller got in her vehicle and left the area.
The man is described as white, in his 30s or 40s. He may have gotten into a beige minivan.
