GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP - Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a fail to remain motor vehicle collision.

The driver reported his blue Ford Truck was hit by a suspect vehicle described as a late model, black GMC or Chevrolet Truck. The collision occurred on Mar. 18, 2017 at approximately 10:45 a.m. on County Road 124 in Guelph-Eramosa Twp.

There were no injuries as a result of the collision. The suspect vehicle allegedly crossed the centre line and side-swiped the oncoming Ford Truck causing damage to the driver's side of the Ford Truck. The suspect vehicle continued on, travelling eastbound on County 124.

There may be damage to the suspect's truck to the driver's side as a result of the collision.

This investigation is still ongoing and any person with information regarding this collision is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
