On Jan. 17, 2019 at approximately 7:10 a.m., Guelph Police responded to the report of a pedestrian struck by pickup truck on Silvercreek Parkway North. A 43-year-old Guelph male was walking southbound on the east side of the road when he was struck by a pick up truck that was also southbound turning into a business driveway.
The driver, a 44-year-old Guelph male, is charged with turn not in safety under the Highway Traffic Act.
