Pedestrian suffers minor injuries in collision

Police ask for help to find driver who left scene of collision

On Friday, August 3,  2018 at approximately 7:30 p.m. a female pedestrian was struck in the crosswalk while crossing Stone Rd at the controlled entrance to the Stone Road Mall. 

The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and the driver did remain at the scene to offer assistance. 

The pedestrian told the driver she was okay but failed to obtain any information from the driver. After the driver confirmed the pedestrian was ok, she left prior to police arrival.

Police would like to speak to the driver of the vehicle. The only description of the vehicle is that it was white with four doors.  

The driver was described as female Asian, possibly Filipino, in her 20’s, shoulder length straight black hair wearing dark rimmed glasses, approx. 5’2” with an athletic build.
