TOWN OF MINTO, ON) - On February 14, 2020, at approximately 3:00 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle from a residence on King Street in Harriston. It was reported that a 2012 Black Ford Escape was left idling unattended in a driveway when it was stolen. The vehicle was last seen travelling near Elora Street.

Approximately 20 minutes later the vehicle was located, undamaged, on the lawn of a residence on Elora Street West in Harriston.

OPP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest that was seen in the area of John Street, Elizabeth Street and Elora Street. (See attached)

The person is described as female, approximately 5'10 in height and carrying a large pink purse.
