On March 6, 2018, police became aware of a medical emergency at provincial courts involving an individual who may be suffering from a drug overdose. A male associated to the individual was spoken to.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, a 27-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was held for a bail hearing.
