Guelph police are trying to determine whether an overnight car fire in the Delta Hotel parking lot was deliberately set.
Police report that on Wednesday at approximately 2:40 a.m., the Guelph Fire Department and police were called to a fire in the parking lot of the hotel on Stone Road. There was a vehicle in the parking lot that was fully engulfed and two others that were being damaged. The Guelph Fire Department quickly got the fire under control.
Police report that the cause of the fire is unknown and the investigation continues.
