Guelph police investigating after a male was reportedly seen masturbating in front of a busy business Tuesday.
Approximately 12:15 p.m. police were called to the area of Walmart on Stone Road West. A woman reported she saw a man at the bus stop with his pants down and masturbating. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate him.
He was described as being in his 60s, heavy build with grey hair and a grey beard. He was wearing a brown sweater and carrying a cane and black shoulder bag.
