Police looking to identify suspicious female

TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is looking for witness information after receiving a report of suspicious female approaching a young boy waiting for a school bus.

On May 26, 2017 at approximately 8:25 a.m., the young boy was waiting for his school bus on Eighth Line, Nichol Township. A black pick-up truck drove by slowly and the female passenger put the window down and spoke with the boy. She asked him if he would like chocolate or cookies. The truck then drove off.

The truck is described as a newer black pick-up truck with grey tinted windows. It had rear seats and was dirty.

The passenger was described as being in her 40s with long greyish-brown hair in a ponytail. Her teeth were in poor condition and she wore a burgundy t-shirt.
