On Jan. 30, 2018 at approximately 12:20 p.m., Guelph police were called to the intersection of Speedvale Avenue West and Silverceek Parkway North, where there was a report of a collision. Shortly after the collision, one of the vehicles fled the scene.
The vehicle is described as a newer model, light coloured Dodge Caravan being driven by a male.
