A Guelph man faces charges after he was caught stealing from a business he had been ordered to avoid.
Last Tuesday, the man entered a business on Woolwich Street near Marilyn Drive. He had previously been released on bail with a condition not to attend the business. When staff refused to serve him he walked out with product.
The male was located Monday evening and arrested. A 39-year-old Guelph man is charged with theft under $5,000, breaching a release condition and breach of probation.
