TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA - On Oct. 8, 2020 at approximately 9 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Main Street, Rockwood.
One person was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 63-year-old Rockwood resident has been charged with assault - spousal contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused was held for a Bail Hearing and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph to answer to the charge.
