A situation near Royal City Park looks to have been resolved.
Guelph police confirm it was dealing with someone experiencing a mental health crisis Monday afternoon, and had to close Gordon Street as a result.
The roadway was closed between James Street and The Boathouse.
There was a heavy police presence in the area, as officers were situated on the Royal Recreation Trail.
