SUV leaves roadway, crashes into home: OPP

The 32-year-old driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries

TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA - On Sept. 21, 2019, at approximately 5 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Wellington Road 26 in the township of Guelph/Eramosa.

Initial reports indicated that a black Sport Utility Vehicle (S.U.V.) had left the roadway and struck a home.

OPP, Guelph/Eramosa Fire Department and the Guelph Wellington Paramedics Service attended the scene. The lone occupant, a 32-year-old driver, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the collision is being investigated. The Wellington County OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed this collision to please call 1-888-310-1122.
