A Guelph woman faces a number of charges following the reported theft from a vehicle in an underground parking lot last month.

Police made an arrest Tuesday afternoon, after a female suspect was involved in a south end traffic stop.

Shortly before 1 a.m. on July 9, a male and female gained access to an underground parking lot on Watson Road North. At the time, police say the duo was driving a vehicle with stolen licence plates.

Video footage from inside the garage allegedly shows the two walking around and eventually removing items from one of the vehicles. They then left the area.

A 25-year-old is charred with break and enter, possessing stolen property and failing to comply with a release order.
