On May 17 at approximately 5:25 p.m., a man had just arrived at a York Road address and exited his car when he was approached by another male that he did not know.

On May 17 at approximately 5:25 p.m., a man had just arrived at a York Road address and exited his car when he was approached by another male that he did not know.

The male grew increasingly agitated for some unknown reason and then picked up a large rock and threw it at the car causing almost $1,000 damage. The male walked away and police were called to investigate.

Police searched the area and located the male a short distance away and arrested him for mischief. The 26 year old Guelph man was further charged with breach of probation and held in custody to appear in bail court.
