On July 23, 2020, the Guelph Police were involved in an investigation resulting in a traffic stop at the intersection of Elizabeth Street and MacDonell Street.
As a result of the incident, a 34-year-old Guelph male was arrested for trafficking a controlled substance under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions and a court date of Oct. 16, 2020 at 9:30 a.m..
