Wednesday night just after 11, two men parked a motor vehicle in a commercial parking lot near the intersection of Waterloo Avenue and Wellington Street.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen on June 11th.
At 1:50 a.m. Thursday, police located the men in area, and they were arrested.
A search of the vehicle incident to arrest revealed a package of Cannabis in the centre console.
A 28-year-old Toronto man was charged with:
- Possession of stolen property over $5,000
- Drive vehicle with cannabis readily available
A 24-year-old Guelph man was charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000.
