Two homeowners report break and enters

Jewellery and cash were taken from both locations

TOWN OF ERIN - Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating two break and enters which occurred on Oct. 26, 2017 between 6:50 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to residences in the Town of Erin.

The first report came in at approximate 10 p.m. from a residence on William Rex Crescent. The homeowner was out of the home between 6:50 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 

They returned home and in the evening noticed things out of place. Investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) had entered the home through a side door. Suspects rummaged through the home and stole jewellery and cash.

A second report of a break and enter came from a residence on Delarmbro Drive in Erin. The homeowner was out of the home between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on this same date. During this time unknown suspect(s) entered the home by way of the back sliding glass door. Jewellery and cash was also taken at this break and enter.
