On Feb. 25, 2018 at approximately 7:10 a.m., Guelph police were called to a single motor vehicle collision on Woodlawn Road, in the area of Arrow Road. The vehicle struck the concrete base of a light standard in a parking lot.
There are no injuries as a result of this collision.
Police spoke with the driver and demanded a roadside sample of his breath, which he failed.
George Gawel, a 24-year-old Guelph man, was arrested and charged with over 80. He was given a March 13, 2018 court date.
