Vehicle leaves roadway. Drunk driving charges ensue

GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON – On December 22, 2016 at approximately 9:25 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers were called to a motor vehicle collision on Wellington Road 44, near Indian Trail, Guelph-Eramosa Township involving a Dodge pickup truck that left the roadway. 

The male driver appeared to be impaired by alcohol and was arrested. He was brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for testing which resulted in a fail.

24-year-old Sean Little of Centre Wellington Township is charged with Impaired driving and Over 80 Mgs contrary to the Criminal Code.

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 17, 2017. His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days as per statute.
