The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police has identified the driver killed in last Wednesday's fatal motor vehicle collision as Dieter Lachmann, 56-years-old of Burlington.

The Wellington County OPP continue to investigate and is asking anyone that may have witnessed the collision to call 1-888-310-1122.
